React Native Developer - Job description

Responsibilities

React Native Development:

• Build pixel-perfect, buttery smooth UIs across both mobile platforms.
• Leverage native APIs for deep integrations with both platforms.
• Diagnose and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks for performance that feels native.

React Development:

• Develop new user-facing features using React.js.
• Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
• Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers.

HTML/CSS Expertise:

• Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
• Maintain a consistent user experience across multiple platforms.

Integration:

• Integrate the front-end aspects of web applications with back-end services and APIs.
• Ensure seamless data flow and consistent rendering across platforms.

Testing & Debugging:

• Use debugging and testing tools to ensure the functionality and visual fidelity of the end product.
• Identify and address performance bottlenecks.

Collaboration:

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to ensure the delivery of the best user experience.
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to peers.

Continuous Learning:

• Stay updated with the latest React features, best practices, and industry trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in React Native + React.js development (internship tenure not included).
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
• Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles.
• Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux).
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs.
• Expertise in HTML5 and CSS3, with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
• Knowledge of modern front-end build pipelines and tools.
• Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset.

.NET Developer - Job description

We are looking for a skilled .NET Developer with extensive experience in API development, OOPs concepts, cloud computing, and Azure. The ideal candidate should have a passion for developing high-quality software applications that meet business requirements and enhance user experiences.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills -> Should have basic understanding of Data Structure and Algorithm concept like Array, String, LinkedList, Binary Tree, Heap, Searching, Sorting, DFS & BFS.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain .NET-based applications using modern software development practices and techniques
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and develop solutions
• Implement RESTful APIs to expose application functionality and integrate with third-party systems
• Implement OOPS concepts such as encapsulation, inheritance, and polymorphism to write clean and reusable code
• Use cloud computing technologies to design and deploy scalable and secure applications
• Use Azure Service like AKV, Storage Account, Azure Function, Azure SQL etc.
• Write unit tests to ensure code quality, reliability, and maintainability
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends and evaluate their potential impact on the organization

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in .NET development with a focus on API development
• Strong understanding of OOPs concepts and experience in writing object-oriented code
• DevOps and Azure knowledge is must.
• Knowledge of web services such as REST.
• Experience with technologies such as Java, C#,.NET Framework and core
• Experience with agile software development methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
